"Plant Partners, Inc. is a highly seasonal service business for Outside Lawn and Garden,
and when the spring season arrives, and the weather is ready to break, we need to hire and process nearly
1000 employees within a 2-4 week window. Not an easy feat, especially when these potential employees are located across 10 states!
Yozons was able to design a online application process to meet our business needs, allowing our merchandisers to enter
information from any connected computer, and allows the office personnel to access this data immediately.
Yozons also worked directly with our outsourcing companies designing reports and features to improve the efficiencies
in our entire employee processing system, allowing us to upload files to reduce errors and time of processing.
The "hired to start" time was reduced 200% to 3 days, greatly improving our recruiting efforts and
increasing our advertising ROI. During 1 business year we were using a 4-drawer/24" deep file cabinet,
holding nearly 1400 file folders, with labels, staples, paperclips and over 40 reams of paper.
And we were actually printing the paper applications twice, with the Field Managers printing and then
faxing in the actual application and the office having to print the forms again!

"We are a technology solutions and staffing company that regularly signs contracts,
work orders and work order extensions with our customers, as well as employment and sub-contractor
agreements when we bring on staff to perform the work we do. Prior to using Yozons, our turnaround
times to get agreements executed was several days when considering the back and forth of negotiation,
the faxing, the emails, and regular mail (sometimes overnight mail) for original signatures,
that was involved in getting our agreements in place.
We can have a lot of these agreements in play at any point in time so we also had the challenge
of staying on top of where in the process an agreement was, who was holding it up, where was it sitting,
who had signed it, etc. Our administrative staff spent lots of time keeping track of where things stood.

In our business we provide web-based software and technology solutions to our clients and found ourselves
building some customized electronic document signing solutions for our clients. Our exposure to this technology
and deep immersion into the legal aspects of electronic signatures led us to look for a cost effective solution
that could be applied easily to our own business. We considered many products and felt we had the experience
to evaluate them effectively. Our contracts were pretty basic but we wanted privacy, security, reliability and
